Alphanumeric registration required (free of charge). Generic senderIDs are forbidden.\

**Country restrictions**    \
SPAM is forbidden.\
Messages of offensive or defamatory nature or messages inciting ethnic, racial or religious hatred, political agitation are forbidden. Messages containing information regarding gambling, blackmail, distribution of malicious software are forbidden.

Traffic with erotic content, content that might violate public security, undermine the foundations of the constitutional order, state security is forbidden.

Opt-in is mandatory.

Advertising of alcoholic drinks, tobacco, smoking accessories, weapons, betting is forbidden.

Opt-ins are mandatory. Messages must comply with the norms of the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan.

Night time restrictions: SMS which haven't been requested by subscribers from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM (this depends on MNO) are forbidden.

Alphanumeric is dynamic for Tele2 and Beeline; alphanumeric registration required for the rest of networks. All unregistered senders are overwritten with generic Alpha sender.\

\
\* Domestic and International routes must be set on separate accounts. If international SID is sent from Domestic account, such traffic will be blocked.\
All SIDs sent from International account will be billed according to the tariffs for Inetrnational traffic. \
For Tele2, Rostelecom and Beeline networks, there is an official list of International SIDs. If the SID sent from International account is not in this list, it will be overwritten with generic Alpha.\

Fully dynamic. For Ucell 43405, Alphanumeric registration required, generic SID is available but not recommended. Registration is free of charge and it takes about 14 days.\
For Perfectum Mobile 43406, all senders are overwritten with Short Codes.\
