Belarus

MCC 257 Requirements Traffic is devided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic Alphanumeric registration required. To register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Republic of Belarus. Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content Sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric registration required (free of charge). Generic senderIDs are forbidden. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions SPAM is forbidden. Messages of offensive or defamatory nature or messages inciting ethnic, racial or religious hatred, political agitation are forbidden. Messages containing information regarding gambling, blackmail, distribution of malicious software are forbidden.

Traffic with erotic content, content that might violate public security, undermine the foundations of the constitutional order, state security is forbidden.

Opt-in is mandatory.

Advertising of alcoholic drinks, tobacco, smoking accessories, weapons, betting is forbidden.

Armenia

MCC 283 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic To register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Armenia. Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content Sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric registration required (free of charge). Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions Political content, gambling, alcohol, adult content, violence are forbidden. Remarks* Transactional, service and promo domestic traffic - price defference. Contact your Account Manager. URL in the SMS text should be whitelisted.

Georgia

MCC 282 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic Alphanumeric registration required; Short Codes and Numeric senders are not supported; to register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Georgia. Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric is dynamic; Short Codes and Numeric senders are overwritten with generic Alpha sender. Concatenated message standard Standard. Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions Political content, gambling, alcohol, adult content, violence are forbidden.

Kazakhstan

MCC 401 Requirements Traffic is devided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic Alphanumeric registration required. Short Codes and Numeric senders are not supported; to register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Kazakhstan; Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content Sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric registration required. Short Codes and Numeric senders are not supported. Sender ID monthly fee: 25 EUR for networks Tele2 40177 and Altel 40107. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions Night time restrictions for non-OTP traffic. ASTW implemented from 9:00 AM to 09:00 PM (set on local connections). Opt-ins are mandatory. Political content, gambling, alcohol, adult content, violence are forbidden. Fines are applied to violation of country regulations.

Kyrgyzstan

MCC 437 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic To register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Kyrgyzstan. Information required: TAX ID, URL, Company Address, Industry, Content sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric is dynamic. Short Codes and Numeric senders are overwritten with generic Alpha sender. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions Opt-ins are mandatory. Messages must comply with the norms of the current legislation of Kyrgyzstan.

Night time restrictions: SMS which haven't been requested by subscribers from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM or 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM (this depends on MNO) are forbidden.

Political content, gambling, alcohol, adult content, violence are forbidden.

Russian Federation

MCC 250 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International*.

Domestic traffic To register a Domestic Sender ID, a company must be a resident of Russian Federation; Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric is dynamic for Tele2 and Beeline; alphanumeric registration required for the rest of networks. All unregistered senders are overwritten with generic Alpha sender. To learn more about monthly fees, please contact your AM. * Domestic and International routes must be set on separate accounts. If international SID is sent from Domestic account, such traffic will be blocked. All SIDs sent from International account will be billed according to the tariffs for Inetrnational traffic. For Tele2, Rostelecom and Beeline networks, there is an official list of International SIDs. If the SID sent from International account is not in this list, it will be overwritten with generic Alpha. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Ukraine

MCC 255 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic Alphanumeric registration required. Short Codes and Numeric senders are not supported; to register a Domectic sender ID, a company must be a resident of Ukraine; Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content sample.

International traffic Alphanumeric is dynamic; for Life 25506, Alphanumeric registration required (free of charge). All unregistered senders are overwritten with generic Alpha sender.

For Intertelecom 25504, all senders are overwritten with Short Codes. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.

Country restrictions Political content, gambling, alcohol, adult content, violence are forbidden.

Uzbekistan

MCC 434 Requirements Traffic is divided into Domestic and International.

Domestic traffic Alphanumeric registration required. Set up cost is 20 EUR for all networks and the process takes up to 60 days. Information required: TAX ID, Company Name, Industry, Content sample. Short Codes and Numeric sender are not supported.

International traffic Fully dynamic. For Ucell 43405, Alphanumeric registration required, generic SID is available but not recommended. Registration is free of charge and it takes about 14 days. For Perfectum Mobile 43406, all senders are overwritten with Short Codes. Concatenated message standard Concatenated messages supported.
